Bacanora Sortillón was born in the Sonoran Desert

and it is made through an artisanal process that consists of cooking the heart of the agave with mesquite wood in underground ovens, resulting in the incredible notes of smoke and wood that characterize it; this process has been passed down from generation to generation to achieve a smooth and powerful flavor and, at the same time, with a deep aroma.

How to choose one?

If what you want is to choose a good Bacanora, it is necessary to locate the inscription "Bacanora 100% agave” on the product's label. These labels must have a clear or slightly yellow hue if the Bacanora has been aged in oak barrels, and there should not be any big bubbles forming which disappear rapidly when the bottle is shaken.
